Shaping the future: A&E Gütermann welcomes new trainees

Seven trainees and students of the Cooperative State University are starting their professional careers with an apprenticeship at A&E Gütermann, the manufacturer of premium sewing threads for the industrial, automotive and consumer sectors.

Gutach, September 5, 2024 – A&E Gütermann welcomes seven new apprentices and students to start the new apprenticeship year. At a time when skilled workers are needed more than ever, we are committed to promoting young talent and helping them to develop individually.

From industrial clerks, IT specialists for system integration and warehouse specialists to students of the dual university (Industry & International Business) – our training program is diverse and offers young people the opportunity to discover and develop their strengths.

We are proud to offer young people a solid training and to accompany them on their way into professional life,” says Jürgen Drescher (Managing Director). We are investing in their future and our own because our trainees are the skilled workers of tomorrow.

In addition to practical training, we believe in providing a supportive work environment. Through regular training, mentoring programs and team events, we encourage interaction and collaboration. By doing so, we create a positive learning atmosphere and a strong sense of community.
